If the candidate's registration is successful, applicants can take the printout of IBPS RRB application form. If the payment is not successful, the deducted amount will be refunded to candidates.

Applicants are advised to upload the photograph and signature as per the specifications given by IBPS. If the photograph and signature are not as per the prescribed dimension, it will not be accepted by the examination authority. There is also no facility to correct the details entered in the application form.

IBPS RRB 2025 application form will be released in June 7. Interested candidates are required to fill the application form online. The application fee is INR 850 for General and OBC candidates and INR 175 for SC/ST/PWD categories. Candidates are not required to send the hard copy of their application forms.The registration dates to apply online for IBPS RRB 2024 exam are 07th to 30th June 2024.According to the IBPS Clerk 2025 eligibility criteria, graduates between 20 to 28 years of age can apply for IBPS Clerk exam.

The prelims exam of IBPS RRB is conducted at more than 170 cities while theMainsexam is conducted at more than 70 cities. The exam of IBPS RRB is conducted in various venues across many centres in India. No request for change of centre for examination is entertained. The dimensions and specifications related to the photograph for IBPS RRB application form are given below:
- Photograph must be a recent passport style colour picture
- Make sure that the picture is in colour, taken against a light-coloured, preferably white, background
- Look straight at the camera with a relaxed face
- If the picture is taken on a sunny day, have the sun behind you, or place yourself in the shade, so that you are not squinting and there are no harsh shadows
- If you have to use flash, ensure there's no "red-eye"
- If you wear glasses make sure that there are no reflections and your eyes can be clearly seen

The guidelines for scanning the documents for IBPS RRB application form are given below:
- Set the scanner resolution to a minimum of 200 dpi (dots per inch)
- Set Colour to True Colour
- File Size as specified above
- Crop the image in the scanner to the edge of the photograph/signature/ left thumb impression / hand written declaration, then use the upload editor to crop the image to the final size (as specified above)
- The image file should be JPG or JPEG format. An example file name is: image01.jpg or image01.jpeg. Image dimensions can be checked by listing the folder files or moving the mouse over the file image icon

The steps to upload the scanned photograph and signature while filling IBPS RRB application form are given below:
- While filling in the IBPS RRB application form the candidate is provided with separate links for uploading photograph, signature, left thumb impression and hand written declaration and certificate
- Click on the respective link “Upload photograph/ signature/ left thumb impression/ hand written declaration/ certificate"
- Browse and select the location where the Scanned photograph/ signature/ left thumb impression / hand written declaration/ certificate file has been saved

IBPS RRB eligibility criteria is prescribed by the examination authority separately for different posts. The basic educational qualification for IBPS RRB exam is graduation. However, the educational qualification vary post-wise. The post-wise age limit for IBPS RRB exam is given below:
