The IBSAT entrance test is conducted exclusively for admission to the ICFAI Business School. The NMAT exam is held for admission to NMIMS Mumbai and its campuses. As per the rules of the IBS from 2020 onward, the NMAT scores are also accepted for admission to the IBS. Therefore, you can give either of the tests to apply for admission to IBS. The IBSAT score is accepted at the ICFAI Business School in Hyderabad and its other eight campuses. The colleges accepting the IBSAT score are as follows:
1. ICFAI Business School, Hyderabad: This is the main campus and is ranked 6th by The Times. The fee is Rs. 16.02 Lacs.
2. ICFAI Business School, Ahmedabad: This campus features in the top 25 management colleges in Gujarat, and the fee is Rs. 9.09 Lacs.

According to me obviously yes because degree is a degree, may it be a correspondence or a regular. It depends on the schools what percentage or grade is required for the exams and for sure it is all upto to you how much you score in your entrance exams.
