I got 88.6% and my rank is approximately 6450 in ICAR UG examination. Can I get a B.Sc Agriculture seat?

Yes, there's a high chance for that because cut-off drops drastically in mopup. You may get a good B.Sc. Agriculture college if you play smart. Best of luck for your admission.
