IBS, Mumbai has been getting good companies this year onwards for HR profiles. Between HR or finance is what you need to choose based on your aptitide and interest. Both are good in their own ways. But, if you like doing office work, then in that case, HR should workout for you. But, remember, you will not get everything sitting at one place all the time.

A lot of companies visit the campus for placements every year. It all depends how well you have moulded yourself in the two years of the programme and how well you articulate stuff. There are ample opportunities bought by the campus every year.

PGDM is given by AICTE approved institutes and PGPM is a certification program which is at par with all the management and MBA programs and also industry accepted. Both the programs are best in their own way. You need to decide on various parameters like exposure, placements stats, faculty, etc.

You can compare according to your requirements and priorities.
Talking about XIME this year, it's getting into collaboration with GE for some elective courses which would be handled completely by GE.
You get advantages inside the college as well as explore and overall development is very good.
If you have any specific query, you can ask.

Hello,
After IBS Hyderabad, the next the best is IBS Mumbai which is followed by the IBS campuses at Pune, Gurgaon, Kolkata, etc. IBS-Mumbai has the advantage of its location (financial capital of the country), a better ranking as well as better placements when compared to the other campuses. Kindly visit the given link for more information about the placements of 2015-17 batch across all IBS campuses. Http://ibsindia.org/final-placements/.

Hello, and apologies for the late reply! IBS Mumbai seems a much better BET when compared to Alliance due to its famous brand name, lesser fees, location advantage and better placements. Hence ideally, one should choose IBS Mumbai over Alliance anytime.
