BIMTECH is the best option for you. Its average placement is 7.5 LPA. Apart from BIMTECH, you can choose SIOM, IFIM, IBS-Mumbai and IMI-Kolkata.

Nagesh SawantBMS, PGPM/MBA (Finance)

Both are good in their own sense. It's quite difficult to answer because every company gives different package in different institutions. It's not about college it's about your exposure. If you do well you would get a good package definitely. Don't just go by good or bad criteria.

Both are the same. Look out for exposure which you are looking for and what the institute is providing. IBS Mumbai has good and decent faculties for finance. Also, good companies visit campus for placements also. Do your research well and focus on exposure.

I would say the faculties are very much decent.companies visiting for placements are also good with good profiles like credit, analyst etc. For finance, IBS is a good option.

If you have applied for SNAP then well and good. Make sure you get a good percentile for getting shortlisted. IBS, Hyderabad is better than GITAM and other colleges.

If you are planning to pursue PGPM from IBS, Mumbai then don't worry about AICTE approval as when companies would visit for placements they will be concerned more of what you possess as an MBA candidate. The colleges will give you ample opportunities. Nevertheless the crowd strength is quiet huge but it's a decent college with good faculty.
