Yes, you can apply offline for ICFAI Sikkim admission. Follow teh steps listed below to complete the offline process:

Step 1: Dowload the application form from the university's website and fill it out in capital letters.

Step 2: Provide required documents and attach a photograph before sending it to the university with the DD.

Step 3: Send the form to the university's admission office with a demand draft of INR 3000. The DD needs to drawn in favour of "The ICFAI University, Sikkim-Fee Collection A/C payable at Gangtok". 

The application process for ICFAI University Sikkim can be completed both online and offline. For online applications, students can visit the admission portal of the university and duly fill out the application form. Admission to the various UG courses at ICFAI Sikkim is done on a merit basis. Students must clear the preset eligibility. The basic eligibility is to pass Class 12 with relevant subjects.  Classes for all the courses offered at the University generally commence in the month of August every year.

While applying to any course at ICFAI University Sikkim, candidates need to submit attested copies of the date of their birth certificate, mark sheet and passing certificates of Class 10, Class 12 and graduation, any other certificates pertaining to academic and other activities, domicile certificate and passport-size colour photograph.
