Hi Monty,
You are fail in a particular subject, so you should apply for the supplementary or compartment exam for the same. Because without clearing all the subjects, you result will not be considered as pass. Please solve some sample paper and give the compartment exam. After that only, you can get admission in higher classes.

What is the minimum required qualification to enroll for a digital marketing certification course? Digital marketing as such requires no minimum qualification, although some institutes ask for a Higher Secondary level qualification. Mostly, it requires only basic computer and internet surfing skills. Go for digital marketing course online.

It's average score. Since ICSE paper setting and correction are very liberal, 82% is just an average score. When my daughter completed class 10th in 2014, around 70% of students scored above 80% in her school.
Any way you can always work hard and do much better in your future exams.

Yes, it can be form any board like CBSE ,SSC,ICSE or IGCSE.
Yes, CBSE is a good start. It is not harm for the candidate to do the course in any Board, but the candidate must have Physics, Chemistry and Biology with Minimum of 50% marks.
