Between the two, it would be ICSE. But, CBSE board is truly a good option, if you are seeking to attempt exams held by Centre. CBSE books (NCERT) form the basis for such exams and NDA exam paper is made from these books.

What ever board you appear, basic qualification to get admission in Diploma in airport management is 10+2 as you are just 14 finish your 10+2 and by the time you receive your 10+2 certificate you will become eligible for Diploma.
