Singapore has two top notch universities - National University of Singapore and Nanyang Technological University. They are globally among the top ones too.

NMIMS, Mumbai requires 60% marks in class 12th.
Whereas, at Christ University, you just need to pass in class 12th to be eligible to apply. You will have to go through an entrance test to get selected.
