Go for EEE i.e. Electrical and Electronics Engineering, as it has high scope, and it will give you what you want. But do it in good colleges, like in NIT or IIIT or IIT.

There is no different cut-off for UP board. DU examination students seeking admissions to undergraduate courses at various faculties/departments on basis of merit score or entrance exam need to be qualified in Senior Secondary School Certificate Examination (SSSCE) i.e. class 12th qualifying examination from CBSE board or equivalent board of education.

No there is no college application in CPL course. You can directly take admission in flying school. Student Pilot License (SPL) & Private Pilot License (PPL) are intermediate stages of Commercial Pilot License Training. You will be issued an SPL by the flying club after some hours of ground classes and an internal exam. Thereafter you shall become eligible to start flying training. Hi, Every college is different and hence there admission criteria also varies. Do not lose your hope apply for the course in which you want to enroll, there are many colleges where the admission is based on entrance exam, counselling and personal interview.
