If you have done your BCom and not willing to take up CS, you can claim exemption of foundation programe. Further, about the fact that whether coaching for cs foundation is being conducted, yes the Institute offers classes for all the levels of CS exams. All the best!

Completing CS will give you great opportunities in career. Since you are from B.Com background, it is advisable to do CS. CS has 3 levels viz., Foundation, Executive and Professional. If you are a graduate, you can skip the Foundational level and directly register for the Executive. But since you are still pursuing your degree, you will have to start with Foundation. So, it is better to register and complete the Foundation level papers in the first attempt itself, so that you can go for the Executive modules once you are in the final semester.
All the very best.

CS is a professional course and it does not have a specific college, it is regulated by a single authority known as ICSI and B.Com and can be done from distance or from any normal college, both can be completed simultaneously.

You can and you should. Most of the people do it simultaneously, thereby saving precious 3 years. The strain might be a bit high in doing both together. Then rewards are high too. CS a professional course and B.Com, graduation, both can be completed simultaneously.
