Currently, the admission process for BA courses at IEC University has been concluded. However, it is anticipated that the university will soon release the admission dates for the 2025 batch, as the university has opened its inquiry portal in which candidates can register themselves by providing the basic details and can ask their doubts regarding the BA admissions.

The total tuition fee for a BA course ranges from INR 66,000 to INR 72,000. The IEC School of Humanities and Social Science offers regular BA and BA in Fashion Design programmes. The duration of the course is three years with a seat intake of 60 for each course. Candidates must clear the basic eligibility criteria to be able to apply for admission. The criteria is that the candidate must have Class 12 with 45% from a recognised board of education.

For admission to BA courses at IEC University, it released the merit list based on scores secured in higher senior secondary. However, on the official website of the university, it does mention that the first 100 students will get a special concession in fee (Direct Admission), but it doesn't mention if it applies to BA courses. It is suggested to know more information regarding direct admission, candidates can directly contact the university either by its official website or by contacting them.

The eligibility criteria for the BA programme that candidates must qualify for admission to IEC University is that the candidate must have completed their Class 12 level of education from respective board of education, and with any stream. Additionally, the candidate must score a minimum aggregate of 45% marks (40% in case of SC/ST).

Yes, IEC University Solan offers BA courses for three years and is offered in full-time mode. Previously, the university offered BA courses in several specialisations but currently, the university only offers a general BA programme and BA in Fashion Design. Additionally, the university offers several UG & PG courses in Pharmacy, Science & Technology, Fashion Designing, etc.

Absolutely, students can pursue an MBA after completing a BSc at IEC University in any field as the primary eligibility criteria to pursue an MBA is primarily a bachelor's degree in any stream with minimum marks established by the university or the college, as well as entrance test scores and work experience.

The minimum score needed in Class 12 to be admitted to IEC University's BSc programmes varies depending on the course a candidate is applying for and the yearly competition. To be eligible for BSc programmes, candidates are usually required to have received at least 45% in their Class 12 exams, especially in the relevant Science subjects. However, the number of applicants and the number of seats available in the course will determine the merit list that the university releases. So, to improve the chances to get selected in the course, candidates are suggested to score good in their higher senior secondary.

IEC University offers several types of BSc scholarships to BSc students based on their financial condition, higher senior secondary and other criteria. The students with 85% or above in Class 12 will get special concessions as their first semester fees will be remitted. For other scholarships apart from merit, there could be additional requirements based on socioeconomic status or special categories such as reserved categories.

The Merit Scholarship at IEC University is purely based on the students' performance in the qualifying exam exams. A student who has scored more than 85% in Class 12 can take advantage of this scholarship programme. The scholarships are provided for first-year students only.
