IELTS

IELTS is accepted by most of the institutes in Australia, Britain, Canada, and New Zealand. It is accepted by over 3,000 academic institutions in the United States, and by various professional organisations across the world. IELTS is the only secure english language test approved by the UK Visas and Immigration (UKVI) for visa customers applying both outside and inside the UK. It is also required for immigration to Australia and New Zealand. In Canada, IELTS, TEF, orC ELPIP are accepted by the immigration authority. No minimum score is required to pass the test. An IELTS result or test report form is issued to all the candidates with a score from "band 1" ("non-user") to "band 9" ("expert user") and each institution sets a different threshold. There is also a "band 0" score for those who did not attempt the test. Institutions are advised not to consider a report older than two years, unless the users prove that they have worked to maintain their level.

There is an online application form for IELTS. There is a calendar of IELTS examination and you have to select a date on which you want to give the exam.
Speaking is on some other day while reading, listening and writing is on the same day in quick succession, i.e. no gap in between. The application fees is Rs.11,500, which has to be paid online and result will be out on 13th day after the main exam.

You need to score 6.5 bands with not less than 6 in any module for Canada and 6 bands overall with not less than 6 in any module for Australia to get in a 3 years Bachelor degree. So, keep that target in your mind.
