What should I pursue among M.Tech, IES and PSU after completing B.Tech in civil engineering?

If you cracked UPSC ESE then definitely join as IES. Or if you are preparing then give both GATE and UPSC ESE your first priority should be IES then any PSU job.

Attend the college regularly. Prepare your notes, and memorize them. Refer to the books suggested by the college.
