Yes, IGNOU students get placement. However, the percentage of students getting direct placements through IGNOU campus placement cell is less. Importantly, IGNOU has a strong alumni network and through gaining add-on skills, students get jobs through off-campus drives. According, to various online sources, 70% to 80% students get placed every year during IGNOU placements through on-campus and off-campus placement drives.
