IGNOU has opened the BSc admission for the July 2023 session. The last date for IGNOU Admission is 30 June 2023. Students can submit the filled form for the BSc programme at IGNOU in any of the following modes: online or offline. Yes, an Indira Gandhi National Open University IGNOU degree is considered valid for the Union Public Service Commission UPSC examination. However, it is important to check the eligibility criteria for each individual UPSC examination as different exams may have different requirements.
