IIIT Agartala offers a Bachelor of Technology programme in Computer Science and Engineering, and admission is granted through the JEE Main entrance exam. The eligibility criteria are determined by CSAB/JoSAA. The annual intake capacity for the B.Tech programme is 192 students. During the admission reporting process, the student must bring a set of photocopies of original documents from the following list.

Candidates who have passed Class 12 with Physics, Chemistry and Maths with a minimum of 75% aggregate can apply for BTech programme.
