IIITA cutoff would be much higher. The rank for IIIT A cutoff(including integrated courses) is around 15k which in most cases nears a score of 175 with around 93-94% minimum.What other exams have you given, accordingly, I could suggest you what other options you may have. Also tell me the results of

Shubham, with this much information I cant tell whether you will be able to get IIIT Allahabad or not as it ultimately depends on your final JEE MAINS rank which takes into account your XII boards percentage as well. So, without knowing your percentage , it's really hard to predict whether this scor

Pratishtha38067, there is no particular procedure for applying for IIITA. The admission here is done through JEE MAINS counselling only just like other NITs and IIITs. You just have to fill this up in your preferences and you will get it if you would have secured a suitable rank.

Ankit82728, with this much score, you wont be able to secure a rank good enough to get IIIT Allahabad as all the branches for the general category close at around 13000. But I am sure that you can get some or the other decent college with this score.

After the declaration of the rank only. The admissions are through the joint admission procedure for IIITs and NITs and many other institutes.
