Yes, every colleges have some rooms that have air conditioned, so try out during counselling after admission you get knowledge about it.

Triple IT-Allahabad CS branch is very good because it average packages INR. 10 to 15 Lacs and maximum package is above 50 Lacs so you will choose CS in Triple IT Allahabad.

NIT Surathkal for IT branch is very best college, it is top five and it is in placement it placement is average INR. 10 to 15 Lacs and the highest is in INR. 50 Lacs plus.
