Dear,
To get in an IIIT, you should be a class 12th pass student with PCM stream. For selection process, you have to appear in JEE Mains exam score good. In counseling, you can select IIIT as your preference.

B.Tech admission at IIIT Allahabad is done through online counseling. Counseling organized by the college is held for those candidates, who are shortlisted through the screening process on the basis of marks obtained by the candidate in JEE.

For taking admissions, there you need to crack the IIT exam. Since you have a fair percentage in class 12th, you are eligible to give the IIT exam.

For admission IN IIITs, NITs, Candidates need to have secured minimum 75% marks in class XII or equivalent exam or be in the top 20 percentile in their class XII exam conducted by the respective board. For SC/ ST candidates, the eligibility criteria is to secure 65% marks in class XII or equivalent exam. So if you belong to SC/ST category then you are definitely eligible to take the JEE Main exam. If not then check for the top 20 percentile of your board visit:

Both are good but EC in IIIT is quite comparable to MNNIT EC, so just think yourself and look at each and every aspect like future studies and all.
