IIIT Delhi offers good placements to BTech students. Highest domestic and average package received during BTech placements 2026 was INR 72.3 LPA and 20.53 LPA. The placement rate recorded in all branch was above 90% except in ECE and EVE wherein percentage of students placed was 69.7% and 87.5%.

IIIT Delhi is one of the leading Engineering institutes in India. BTech graduates of IIIT Delhi are largely placed in Core Engineering, IT, ITES, and Technology sectors. The leading recruiters that visited the campus in recent past include Google, Microsoft, Oracle and Goldman Sachs.
