To get admission to MSc at IIIT Lucknow the reuired steps are:
- You must have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline with a minimum of 60% marks or a 6.5 CGPA on a 10-point scale for General/OBC candidates, and 55% marks or a 6.0 CGPA for SC/ST/PwD candidates.
- JAM scorecard is needed to get admission
- you need to Pay the requisite application fee as specified in the admission notification

As of December 2024, the Indian Institute of Information Technology (IIIT) Lucknow has not yet publicly released specific placement figures for its MBA (Digital Business) program. The programme is relatively new and detailed placement information may be available after graduation of the initial cohort plant.
However, IIIT Lucknow has a strong placement history for B.Tech and M.Tech programs. No, direct admissions to its courses are not available in IIIT Lucknow. It gives admissions through entrance exams and counseling procedures. For B.Tech, candidates need to clear the JEE Main and appear for JoSAA counseling. GATE scores and counseling through CCMT or CCMN is mandatory for M.Tech and MSc aspirants. CUET PG scores are taken into consideration, followed by an interview for MBA aspirants. Admissions to the course of PG Diploma shall be strictly on merit, provided that eligibility conditions are satisfied.

The 2023-24 placement percentage for B.Tech courses was 91.36%, with the highest salary reaching Rs 62 lakh per annum and the average package being Rs 29.85 lakh per annum. Yes, IIIT Lucknow is one of the best institutions to pursue MBA. For admission to the IIIT Lucknow MBA course, candidates must have passed a graduation degree with a minimum aggregate of 50% or equivalent CGPA in graduation in any discipline. It is also required to pass Class 10 and Class 12 with a minimum of 50% mark or equivalent CGPA. The highest salary package offered is INR 42 LPA. The average salary package offered is INR 26.07 LPA. It is a decent college and it provides good placements.
