IIIT Surat offers BTech course to students at the UG level. It is offered for 4 years in several specialisations. To be eligible for BTech at IIIT Surat Gujarat, candidates must fulfil the eligibility criteria of the course. Candidates must be Class 12 passed with Physics, Chemistry & Maths with a minimum of 75% aggregate.

Yes, the admission dates are out for IIIT Surat BTech admission. Candidate can refer to the JEE Main 2026 dates. The institute will release the 'Physical Reporting' dates for the final BTech admission.
NTA has announced the JEE Main 2026 exam dates. As per the schedule, the session 1 exam will be held from January 21, 2026 to January 30, 2026 and session 2 will be held from April 2, 2026 to April 9, 2026.

The scores of this examination is the main eligibility criteria for admission in any technical university for undergraduate programmes.
The last year 2022 cutoff ranks for B.Tech. in Electronics and Communication Engineering at IIIT Surat - Indian Institute of Information Technology other than General category are - 45710 for OBC, 151808 for SC, 250399 for ST, 42924 for EWS, 1909 for PWD.
