IIIT Surat cutoff 2025 for the OBC AI quota was released for admission to BTech branches based on the JEE Main entrance exam.
For the OBC AI category, the overall cutoff ranged from 9880 to 71693. According to the last round, the most competitive specialisation for admission was BTech CSE.

IIIT Surat BTech cutoff 2025 was released for admission to various BTech course specialisations. The cutoff was released in the form of opening and closing ranks for All India category students.
For the General AI category, the overall cutoff ranged from 21474 to 55895. According to the last round, the most competitive branch for admission was BTech in Computer Science and Engineering (Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning). Students can refer to the table below to know the first and last round ranks for the aforementioned category.

IIIT Surat offers BTech course to students at the UG level. It is offered for 4 years in several specialisations. To be eligible for BTech at IIIT Surat Gujarat, candidates must fulfil the eligibility criteria of the course. Candidates must be Class 12 passed with Physics, Chemistry & Maths with a minimum of 75% aggregate.

IIIT Surat admits students based on entrance test. Interested students must clear their previous qualifying examination (HSC/10+2), and appear for the JEE Main test for admission:
- Visit the official website and register for JEE Main exam.
- Appear for the exam and appear valid ranking.
- Participate in the counselling round for IIIT Surat allotment.
- Complete the joining process at the institute .

Looking at the cutoff list of IIIT Surat for JEE Main, we can say that getting a seat at IIIT Surat is possible with 25000 rank in JEE Main round 4. IIIT Surat JEE Main cutoff 2025 for the General AI category was between the range of 24479 and 33703. The branches available at 25000 rank are B.Tech. in Computer Science and Engineering, B.Tech. in Computer Science and Engineering (Cyber Security) and B.Tech. in Electronics and Communication Engineering.
