Yes,IIIT Vadodara offers a PhD programme. The institute offers the course under four specialisations namely Computer Science, Electronics & Communication, Physics and English. Students will be shortlisted on the basis of GATE/ CSIR/ UGC-NET/ PhD Entrance Exam + Interview for IIIT Vadodara PhD admission. The total tuition fee of the MTech programme at IIIT Vadodara is INR 2 lakh, however, at the time of admission there might be other components of the fee that the candidates might have to pay, for example, caution money of INR 15,000 at the time of admission.
