IIIT Vadodara DIU Campus releases its cutoff based on JEE Mains ranks. B.Tech in CSE is the most sought-after course specialisation among all, facing the toughest competition for admission across all categories. For the General AI Category students, the last round cutoff for B.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering was 64458. On the other hand, for the OBC category All India quota, the cutoff ranged from 13412 to 81715, in the first and last round closing ranks. IIIT Vadodara DIU Campus B.Tech CSE cutoff 2025 for other categories is tabulated in the table below.

IIIT Vadodara DIU Campus 2025 has been released for various specialisations in opening and closing ranks. IIIT Vadodara DIU B.Tech cutoff 2025 ranged between 64458 and 79729, in the last round for General category AI quota students, wherein B.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering was the hardest course to get admission to. Candidates can refer to the table below to know the last round cutoff for B.Tech specialisation for the General AI quota. Please note that other categories will have different cutoffs.

The IIIT Vadodara has not released the M.Tech placements as of yet for the current season. However, the 2024 drive recorded a the highest package of INR 15 LPA offered to the M.Tech graduates. Check out the table for reference:
