Getting CSE in IIITDM Kancheepuram with an OBC NCL rank of 23603 in JEE Mains seems unlikely due to high cutoff ranks (5624 in 2023 and 6158 in 2024). Check the official website for updates.

As of 2025, a total of 190 offers were made and the placement rate recorded till now is 73%. Further, the the highest and average package offered during IIIT Kancheepuram placements 2025 stood at INR 32 LPA and INR 9.37 LPA, respectively. So far over 150 recuiters have visited the campus for placements.

Aspirants seeking admission to IIIT Chennai have to appear in the national-level entrance exam conducted every year.
