Yes, you most certainly are eligible to appear for CAT. However to merit an interview call from IIM's, you will have to do really well in your CAT. IIMs usually give a lot of weightage to past academic performance and you would not be in the top half. Hence to compensate for the same, you will need to be among top 0.5% in CAT. I would suggest you prepare well for CAT.

I don't think IIM-A provides distance MBA. As far as I know, only these assist in distance MBA: IIM-Kolkata, IIM-Lucknow, IIM-Bangalore, IIM-Kozhikode. But still, check out the latest news.

Practice is the only key to success in CAT. Questions are very easy and given sufficient time, everyone will be able to solve all the questions. The trick is to solve the questions when time is a constraints. Hence speed and accuracy matters a lot.I would suggest you improve on these two factors and practice is the only way to do that.

Mathematics is compulsory for all entrance examination of MBA colleges in India and also abroad. Hence I don't think you will be able to skip mathematics. However it is basic maths not the advanced version (means: calculus, 3D etc are not included). There are a lot of non-science background students who has joined IIMs in the past. I don't think there will be any problem for you in that regard. You just need to practice a little bit.

Admission in IIMs typically start in 2nd or 3rd week of June. This year for IIMA it is starting from 21-June.

60% is the minimum cutoff for graduation. However to get a call from IIMA, you will need to score higher than this. Higher your score, higher your chances of getting an interview call.

Class 10th and 12th % doesn't matter for getting into IIM. But they maybe considered during placement. But thats ok in your case. It shows that you have uplifted your standard from 10th to 12th and then maintained it in your UG degree. You'll have to appear for CAT exam. Requirement is minimum 50% in any UG degree, you are far ahead. Performing well will help you keep a high percentile and you may get the call from any of the IIMs you were waiting for. All the best !!
