Yes, Mathematics is a necessary subject as CAT has one section dedicated to Mathematics. Also half the courses that are being taught in IIMs are maths based. However being a commerce graduate you are not at all in a disadvantaged position. There are a lot of commerce graduates studying in IIMA. They

GMAT is accepted in IIM if you have worked outside India for at least 18 months and during CAT you were not in India. Cutoffs are usually very high, Last year for IIMA it was 770.

Can I expect any call from IIM? I have scored in class 10th: 83%, 12: 66%, BE: 53% and CAT: 96 percentile. I have 2 years of IT experience.

It would totally depend on your preference and your strengths. Please understand that almost in 90% of the cases, most people have completely unrelated graduation background. For example, if you are good in quant I would suggest finance or general MBA. Or you like marketing or operations, you can ch

Or you like marketing or operations, you can choose that specialization. Job prospect wise, its all same with minor difference. I would recommend that you pick

Yes you are. You are eligible when you score more than 60% in 10th, 12th and graduation.
