Although you will clear all the cutoffs, but without a really good CAT score probably you will not receive interview call from IIMs. Given these score I would suggest that you should do really well in CAT and try to achieve at least 99.5 percentile. If you get more than 99.5 percentile with more than 95 percentile in all subsections, you will definitely get few interview calls from high ranked IIMs.

Fee of IIMs range between 6 lakhs per year to around 10 lakhs per year. PGDM is two years course. However there are several scholarships available.

Criteria of admission changes every year and one can not be certain about the criteria in the future. However one thing that has been consistent is that if you have less than 80% in graduation, you are severely disadvantaged, but with good CAT score you can still make it. I would suggest you should try to push your graduation percentage to over 80 in the final year. Admission in IIMA will be easier then.

It depends. There are a lot of factors considered. However looking at your academic record, it seems that you might be severely disadvantaged because of low GPA. To compensate for that you will need to score a little more in CAT. Typically 99.5 percentile is enough to get anyone a call from IIM (with similar academic background). However to be safe I would suggest that you target 99.7 percentile.

CAT doesn't check your sharpness. The questions are really easy (it is basically class 10-12 Maths and English). They check speed and accuracy, which only comes from practice. If you can practice enough, I don't think you will have any problem cracking CAT. And don't think about salary now and don't settle for anything that comes your way, fight for what you deserve.

It depends and changes year to year. IIMA calculates composite score for all candidates. CAT percentile is the major component of the composite score. However it also depends on your marks of class 10th, 12th and graduations. It also takes into account your masters score and work experience if any. Hence if you have really good 10th, 12th, and graduation score, you can expect call from IIMA even with slightly lower CAT percentile. To give you a representative figure, if you have an average academic record, you will need to score 99.7 percentile. With really good record, you can expect a call with 99.2 -99.5 percentile as well.
