The selection of the candidates for admission to the 2018-20 batch of the PGP at IIM-A is a two-step process.
In the first step, candidates are short-listed for Academic Writing Test (AWT) and Personal Interview (PI) from among the candidates who have a valid CAT/GMAT score, who have applied to the programme and who satisfy the eligibility criteria for the programme.
For the eligibility criteria, you can visit the website.

You are eligible as you clear the minimum eligibility criteria and you have good chances according to your scores. The shortlisting criteria for interviews of Iims is based on CAT score, 10th, 12th and graduation scores and work experience. However, the weightage given to this parameter is different for all Iims and also depend on category and academic diversity. You can use the call predictor to check your chances:

If you want admission in top IIM like A, B, C then you should have more than 80 percentile being from a non-engineering background. The same criteria for rest IIMs but try to work for more than 90 because we should always try to do our best. So think and do all the very best.

You are eligible, as you cleared the minimum eligibility criteria of 50% marks in graduation, but the chances of getting a call from top IIMs are grim, if you belong to general category. The shortlisting criteria for interviews of IIMs is based on CAT score, class 10th, class 12th and graduation scores and work experience. The weightage given to these parameters is different for all IIMs and also depend on category and academic diversity. It is difficult to get shortlisting for IIM - A, B, C, considering your scores in class 12th and graduation. However, there are chances to get call from new IIMs, if you get a really good percentile i

The shortlisting criteria for interviews of IIMA or IIM B is based on CAT score, class 10th, class 12th, graduation scores and work experience. However, the weightage given to these parameters is different for both IIMs and also depend on your category and academic diversity. The call and final admission will depend on your CAT score and interview.

Dear aspirant,
IIM-A is the numero uno B-School in India and only the creme-de-la-creme make it. Your profile is good, though your class 10th marks can lead to a rejection. That said, if you have work experience or extracurricular excellence, you may have an outside chance. Traditionally, the CAT cut-off for IIM A is around 99.6 hence you need to check for that. Also, if not IIM A, your profile is excellent for several other top B-Schools. All the best.
