There is no eligibility criteria of class 12th. But, for graduation you need to score above 55% marks and after that you are eligible for CAT. On the basis of your CAT result, you can get admission for IIM-A, B and C.

You have to appear for CAT and get a decent percentile (greater than 90 percentile) so that you shortlisted for GP-PI.

10th, 12th and graduation marks have 30%-40% weightage. If you score well in CAT, you might get interview calls from IIMs. Prepare for CAT well.

To apply, you should have minimum 50% marks in your graduation and minimum 5 years of work experience.

Your academics scores are decent.
All the IIM A and B have a different CAT cut-off.
Like IIM-A's minimum 80%ile and the sectional cut-off is also given weightage along with class 10th, 12th and graduation marks, and work exp. Similarly, in IIM-Bangalore and Calcutta, the minimum is 90%ile and other factors matter too.

In 2017, for general category, the minimum cut-off was 90%ile. Individual cut-off was VA-85%ile, DI-80%ile and QA-80%ile.
The minimum cut-off for OBC was 80%ile, SC was 75%ile, ST was 70%ile and PWD was 60%ile.
Criteria might change this year. Make sure you check IIM-B website.
