CAT percentile is the only way to get shortlisted for a call for any of the IIMs. Other marks are considered later.

Yes, CAT score is just an entry to be shortlisted for the next rounds. Rest all depends on your performance in the upcoming rounds.

IIM Lucknow only offers PGDM and no graduation course is offered. I don't know where did you hear about it. I advise you to visit their official website.

Yes, chances are there but you need to get a very good score in CAT and you need to justify why you got less percentile in your graduation. You just need to kill it in your interview!
