Admission to PGPWE or Executive MBA course is based on CAT, GMAT and GATE score. Candidates are shortlisted for the WAT and PI round on the basis of their performance in the CAT, scholastic achievement and relevant work experience.The basic requirement is graduation in any discipline with a minimum of 50% marks or equivalent CGPA. Applicants belonging to SC, ST, and PwD categories should have a minimum of 45%. Candidates should have a Minimum of 5 years of work experience and a valid GMAT /GRE score, Candidate should have a Bachelor Degree or equivalent from a recognised university. Most IIMs place a criterion of minimum 50% marks or equivalent CGPA in Bachelor Degree. Candidate needs to have a valid GMAT/GRE scores. These scores are valid for five years

To be eligible for the MBA programme at IIM Lucknow, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Hold a Bachelor's degree from a recognised institution in any field with a minimum of 50% aggregate score (45% for SC, ST or PwD categories)
• The Bachelor's degree must be of at least 3 years duration
• Final-year students are also eligible to apply, provided they complete their final semester exams and fulfil the eligibility criteria by June 30, 2024
• Appear for the CAT 2023 exam
• For the MBA-SM program, candidates must have a minimum of 24 months of work experience after graduation

Candidates will be shortlisted for the Writing Ability Test (WAT) and Personal Interview (PI) based on their CAT 2023 score, previous academic performance, and other criteria like work experience, academic discipline, and gender diversity.
