IIM Shillong offers various extracurricular activities for the students for interaction and organises Management, Cultural, and other fest. The annual cultural Management festival ‘Khlur Thma’ showcases talents from across the country. For the cultural fest, it organizes Nirvana with various events such as music, dance, and theatrics.

IIM Shillong admission 2024 is open. For admission to its flagship courses PGPM/ MBA, the institute accepts CAT scores. Aspiring candidates must qualify for the CAT scores before the admission process. IHM Shillong shortlists candidates based on CAT scores, work experience, academic performance, and several other factors. IIM Shillong admission to PGP Executive programmes is based on CAT, WE-MAT, GMAT, entrance exam scores, followed by the PI rounds.

I think IIM Shillong is better. Here are some points -
- IIM Shillong is one of the top 7 IIMs in the country.
- The campus life is very good.
- Almost 100% of the students got a summer internship offer through college.
- Total fees go upto INR 12 lakhs.

Candidates who has a bachelor's degree from an Indian university with a minimum of 50% marks, or an equivalent degree from an accredited foreign university are eligible for the IIM Shillong certificate programme. Further, candidate with a minimum working experience of two years in the development sector, government organisation, NGO, Corporate etc., are prefered.

Yes, it is necessary to score above 90 percentile in the sectional cutoff for admission at IIM Shillong. The institute accepts the CAT percentile for admission to the MBA/PGDM programme.
According to the estimated cutoff for the General AI category, the sectional cutoff was 90. Hence, students have to attain a percentile of at least 90 to be eligible for the next round of admissions, that involve WAT, GD and PI.
