IIM Shillong process of shortlisting candidates for GDPI is independent of those of other IIMs. IIM Shillong sends an intimation mail to the registered email of the shortlisted candidates. The Candidates are required to fill out the interview form and upload the same on the Admission Portal of IIM Shillong.
IIM Shillong, then sends GD/PI call letters to only those candidates who have filled the interview form correctly.
IIM Shillong does not send any intimation to those candidates who are not shortlisted, or who haven't filled the interview form correctly within the stipulated time.

Candidates living abroad or who could not appear for CAT because their place of residence was out of India can apply to IIM Shillong MBA programme using their GMAT scores.
The eligibility criteria for admission through GMAT is mentioned below:

No! IIM shillong doesn't provides the BBA in retail and sales management but it provides so many courses they are almost same as BBA retail and sales management every course offered in IIM shillong have a good salary package so choose any course will make you job ready

Yes! IIM shillong have the placement cell which works properly for the students of IIM shillong to provide them a best salary package placement cell tie up with many companies so they can easily provide internships, live projects and so many things which can helps to getting a good job for a students

Almost every IIM provide best salary package but if we talk about IIM shillong so it be a top most b school in India which have top most recruitors across India which give the best package to the students if we talk about the last salary package offered in IIM shillong so the highest salary was 71 LPA approximately average salary was 29lpa apporx

Those outsiders students are not able to apply at CAT exams due to non resident of india so they can easily apply through GMAT exams but the thing that can they notice the score of GMAT don't be less than 640 after clearing the GMAT exams the proper personal interview round should be done by collage
