To get into an IIM, you must:

Take the CAT

IIM accepts only the common admission test or CAT as the entrance to the institute. The IIMs organize this test called the CAT every year.

To apply for the given post, you must be graduates with minimum of 50% aggregate marks in the bachelor's degree from any university recognised by the University Grants Commission or any other recognised university.
