Final admission round 35% weight to Personal Interview 25% weight to CAT scores in 2022, 10% weight to written ability test,10% weight to class 10th marks 10% weight to class 12th marks and 10% weight to work experience.

Indian Institute of Technology Tiruchirappalli modern amenities with state-of-the-art infrastructure to its students. Moreover, the institute is spread over an area of 175 acres on Trichy-Pudukottai highway which is about 11 km from Tiruchirappalli International Airport. IIM Tiruchirappalli provides various facilities and some of these facilities include learning resource center, computing resources, hostels, finance lab, behavioral lab, sports facility, etc.

According to the NIRF ranking 2025, IIM Trichy ranked 16th in Management whereas IIM Udaipur ranked 21. During IIM Trichy placements 2023, the highest and average package offered was INR 41.61 LPA and INR 20.55 LPA. Whereas during IIM Udaipur placements 2023, the highest and average package offered during placements 2023 stood at INR 36 LPA and INR 20.3 LPA, respectively.

The highest and average package offered as per the PGPM placement report 2024 was INR 43.69 LPA and INR 19.43 LPA during IIM Trichy placements 2024. Also, the highest package and average package offered to PGPM-HR students was INR 29.86 LPA and INR 17.88 LPA during 2024 placements.  The top IIM Trichy recruiters in 2024 included Accenture, Adani Group, Aditya Birla Capital, Air India, JP Morgan Chase & Co, Amazon, AON, etc.

IIM Trichy provides hostel facility both for boys and girls. Each hostel block has 3 floors with 18 rooms on each floor. The hostel facilities include mess, night canteen, AC, Wi-Fi and departmental store.

Students who have passed Class 12 needs to clear the entrance exams for IIM Trichy admissions. Each course has its eligibility criteria and entrance exam. The entrance exam accepted for MBA is CAT. Also, candidates need to fulfil the eligibility criteria which is 50% aggregate in graduation. Similarly, the entrance exam accepted for DPM course include CAT/ GMAT/ GATE/ GRE/ UGC-JRF.

There will be 2 options, 1. Join a course of any coaching for CAT 2. You can self prepare. If you choosing option 1 they will provide every single detail for preparing and if you choosing 2nd option you have to do some search on syllabus, exam patterns and lastly to score 99+ percentile to get yourself into top Iims.

Eligibility criteria for the MBA programme in Risk Management at IIM Delhi are a Bachelor's degree with 50% marks, three years of work experience, and a valid CAT GMAT or GRE score and aslo maybe there are work experience criteria for the same.
