No, candidates can not join PhD/ DPM course of IIM Trichy directly. The institute admit candidates based on entrance score. Aspirants can apply with a valid score of CAT/ GMAT/ GRE/ IIMB Test/ UGC-JRF. The shortlisted candidates are further called for the personal interview round. Further, the final selection is done based on performance in the entrance exam and interview round. Besides, aspirants are advised to check out the eligibility criteria before applying for admission.

Candidates are selected for admission in PhD/ DPM course of IIM Trichy on entrance score basis. The aspirants can apply with a valid score of GMAT/ CAT/ GRE/ GATE/ IIMB Tech/ UGC-JRF. Applicants who get shortlisted based on exam score are called for the personal interview round. Once the final selection is done, candidates can pay the admission fee amount to confirm their seats.

The tuition fee component in the fee structure is charged yearly or semester-wise. IIM Trichy MBA/ PGPM tuition fees range from INR 11.8 Lacs to INR 19.5 lakh. IIM Trichy does not have a BBA in Human Resources (HR). However, it offers postgraduate courses like the Post Graduate Program in Management (PGPM) and PGPM-HR, which are similar to MBA courses. These courses are meant for students who have already finished their bachelor's degree.

 

If you are particularly interested in a BBA in HR, you might have to look at other institutions that provide undergraduate studies in business administration with an HR specialization.

The admission cycle for MBA course at IIMs begins with the release of CAT notification. CAT 2024 exam for admission to the 2025-27 batch was conducted on Nov 24. The result is announced by the exam conducting body. Candidates further who fulfils the cutoff criteria shall be eligible for admission followed by participation in other selection rounds.
