Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Tiruchirappalli, also known as IIM Trichy admission criteria for 2024-26 PGP batch includes selection through IIM CAP 2024. According to the IIM Trichy admission criteria 2024, the minimum CAT percentile required for interview call is 94 for General category students.Considering the previous year cutoff trends, the estimated CAT 2023 cut off percentiles for IIM Trichy will range between 94 and 95 for the General category students. On the basis of IIM admission criteria 2023, IIM Trichy qualifying CAT cutoff 2022 was 93 for the General category students.

Candidates will be shortlisted for a Personal Interview based on their CAT, GMAT or written test scores as applicable. Yes, candidate can get into IIM Trichy at 70% in Class 12. But mere 12th marks are not sufficient for MBA admission. Therefore, candidate must attain the neccessary percentile. Looking at the Cutoff ranks for the past 3 years, the CAT Cutoff percentile is expected to be 90-95, for the General AI category candidates.

IIM Trichy CAT Cutoff 2023 was released for MBA admissions. The Cutoff was released for different categories under the AI Quota. For the General AI category candidates, the cutoff percentile to get into the college was 94. Thus, there is a high possibilty of getting MBA admission at the rank 90-95. 

For the OBC AI category candidates, the Cutoff percentile to get into the college was also 94. Thus, there is high possibility of getting into the college at this rank for OBC AI category candidates.

As per the IIM Trichy admission criteria, the institute gives 10% weightage to work experience. Students with 0-5 months of work experience are allocated 0 weightage points. However, freshers can get admission provided they fulfil all other requirements. Candidates with full-time remunerative work experience after graduation and completed months till January are considered subject to the candidate updating the latest details in the CAP application process.

IIM Trichy students are open to scholarships offered by the Government of India.
