 IIT Bhilai Mechanical cutoff was released for admission for all rounds and All India categories based on the JEE Advanced results. 

For the General AI category, the last round cutoff rank for BTech in Mechanical Engineering was 12428. In 2024 and 2023, the closing cutoffs were 11505 and 12484, respectively. After analysing this difference, we can conclude that the cutoff trend for this category has been fluctuating over the years.

IIT Bhilai CSE cutoff 2026 was 7981 for the first round for the General AI category. The IIT Bhilai JEE Advanced cutoff 2026 was published for the first round for different All India categories. The cutoff was based on the JEE Advanced exams, followed by the JoSAA counselling process. 

Among all categories, the PWD AI category faced the toughest competition in the first round for admission to the CSE branch. This category had the lowest round 1 cutoff rank of 231.

Admission to all IIT Bhilai courses is done through various national-level entrance exams. The institute offers a wide range of programmes to students at the UG, PG, and PhD levels. So, comparing the cutoff ranks, IIT Jammu has a lenient cutoff as compared to IIT Goa for admission. On the other hand, IIT Goa had the most competitive cutoff for admission to the CSE branch.
