IIT Bombay offers admission to BS courses based on JEE Main scores of the candidates. Further, aspirants who clear JEE Advanced need to take part in JoSAA counselling during which the seat allotment is carried out. Besides,  Candidates who meet the eligibility requirements, which is Class 12 with 75% aggregate in PCM are eligible to apply for BS.

IIT Bombay offers admission to MSc course based on IIT JAM score followed by CCMN Counselling. The seat allotment is carried out based on document verification, seat intake, and category of the students, during the counselling. Besides, candidates with a valid bachelor’s degree issued by a recognised university are eligible for admission to the PG course.

Yes, IIT Bombay offers MSc for two-years. The PG-level course is available in seven specialisations, including Chemistry, Biotechnology, Applied Geology, Applied Geophysics, Mathematics, Physics, Applied Statistics & Informatics. Moreover, the institute also offers MSc + PhD (dual degree) course in three specialisations including Environmental Science & Engineering, Operations Research, Energy Science & Engineering.

The colleges and institutes offer BE/BTech in Environmental Engineering,  which is a four-year programme, and ME/MTech in Environmental Engineering, which is a two-year programme. Apart from that, the college also offers integrated course in Environmental Engineering. Candidates who wish to pursue BTech courses are required to clear JEE Advanced whereas for M.Tech courses are required to clear GATE. The average placement package offered during 2023 was INR 23.26 LPA. Hence, IIT Bombay offers excellent and competitive course in Environmental Engineering.

Students holding Bachelor's degree with 60 percent marks (55 percent for reserved category) are eligible to apply. Eligible students should visit the IIT Bombay website to fill the application form. The selection is through GATE or MAAT exam followed by an interview round.

Yes, IIT Bombay accepts UCEED score for BDes admission. The category-wise rank obtained in UCEED indicates the candidate’s position in the respective category at the time of the result declaration. A merit list is released with the names of shortlisted candidates. The shortlisted candidates have to register for counselling with a non-refundable application fee of INR 4,000. They have to provide their institute order preference. The institute conducts three rounds of seat allocation. The seats are allocated based on the applicant's All India Rank in UCEED 2024. Shortlisted aspirants will be sent provisional allotment letters

IIT Bombay admission to BDes course includes various steps. Starting with registration to entrance exam, counselling and seat allotment. Before jumping to application, candidates must also check their eligibility. Any candidate who have completed Class 12 can apply for BDes course.
