IIT Jodhpur offers a 2 year MSc course in 5 specialisations, including Chemistry, Mathematics, Physics, Digital Humanities, and Computational Social Science. Admission to IIT Jodhpur MSc course is through the all-India level Joint Admission Test for Master's (JAM) conducted by IITs. The reservation policy is adapted as suggested by the Ministry of Human Resource Development, Government of India. School of Liberal Arts, IITJ offers a 2-year flagship MSc course in Computational Social Science (CSS). IIT Jodhpur offers courses at the UG, PG, PhD, and PG Diploma levels. For various UG level admissions, candidates must secure a minimum aggregate of 75% in class 12. Whereas, for PG level courses, candidates must secure a minimum aggregate of 55% to 60% (differs course to course) in graduation.

IIT Jodhpur offers courses such as BTech at the UG level, offered for 4 years. The Institute provides BTech on the basis of accepted entrance exam. Therefore, candidates must secure a valid score in the chosen entrance exam such as JEE Main/ JEE Advanced. Candidates must secure a minimum aggregate of 75% in Class 12.
