IIT Jodhpur - Indian Institute of Technology Cut-off

IIT Jodhpur JEE Advanced cutoff 2025 has been released for the third round. The cutoff has been released for students seeking admission to BTech/BSc speciallisations, for different categories belonging to the All India quota. For candidates belonging to the All India quota, the cutoff ranks varied between 2844 and 15488. 

For the candidates belonging to the OBC AI category, the closing ranks in the third round varied between 1382 and 5853.

For BTech, as per the JoSAA R6 2022 cutoff for general category students, the closing rank for popular courses like CSE was 2430, and 3257 for AI and data science. The cutoff for Bioengineering went till 14,933. In comparison to 2021, the rank for the CSE course went from 2897 to 2430 in 2022. The cutoff trend for BTech at IIT Jodhpur - Indian Institute of Technology has been decreasing in the recent years. In 2022, the closing rank for B.Tech. under general category for all India quota was 2430. In 2023, it decreased to 2408. Likewise, the cut off ranks have changed from 1179 to 1363 for OBC, 652 to 697 for SC, 354 to 367 for ST, 366 to 456 for EWS, 138 to 116 for PWD. This trend is likely to continue in the coming years, as the demand for engineering education in India continues to grow. Similar cut off trend can be seen for female candidates under all categories however the ranks are slightly different.

IIT Jodhpur - Indian Institute of Technology will release 6 rounds of JEE Advanced cutoffs for admission to B.Tech. The cutoffs will be released on a rolling basis, and the seats will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis. The cutoffs will be based on the following factors:

The JEE Advanced score of the candidate
The category of the candidate
The number of seats available in the course

The cut off rank in Round 6 for B.Tech. in Computer Science and Engineering is 2408 which is very close to this range. This was for general category under All India quota. Unless the candidate belongs to some other category or domicile, one can not afford to score less than this. With this rank, there is a probability of getting admission however since, the cut offs keep changing from round to round, better ranks definitely increases your chances of getting admission in IIT Jodhpur - Indian Institute of Technology.
