IIT Madras BTech admission is based on the JEE Main, followed by the JEE Advanced score. The centralised counselling process is managed and regulated by the JoSAA, based on which candidates are allotted seats. The seat allotment is based on the institute cut-off and a candidate's preference for courses and colleges. Given below is the BTech eligibility and selection criteria along with the admission details for the integrated BTech course:

First, decide where you want to pursue your master's. For it, you have to appear in some entrance exam. In India, the most common route for a master's in CS is through GATE for M.Tech programs at IITs, NITs, and IIITs. You could also explore options like IISc, ISI, and private universities like IIIT Hyderabad, and so on. Based on it, you can get into college and can purse a Master's in CS.

No, admissions to the IIT Madras is not possible without JEE Main scores as JEE Main is the major accepted entrance examination for admission to the BTech course. The JEE Main exam is also an eligibility test for the JEE Advanced. This exam is conducted for admission to major IITs. JEE Main is held twice a year, that gives students two opportunities to secure a good score. Students have the option to appear in one or both attempts.
