 The tuition fee for IIT Mandi MSc course is INR 20,000 and the hostel fee (excluding meal plan) is INR 88,000. This mentioned fee has been calculated based on first year/semester fee. The application fee for MS by Research/ PhD is INR 200 and INR 100 for General/ EWS/ OBC/ OBC (NCL)/ Transgender/ Foreign Nationals and Women/ SC/ ST/ PD, respectively. JEE application fee for boys is INR 1,000, INR 800 for girls, and INR 500 for SC/ST/PwD/Transgender category students. Candidates applying for MTech, need to pay GATE application fee for boys, which is INR 1,700, INR 850 for girls, and INR 850 for SC/ST/PwD category students. Only after the payment of application fees, the form is successfully submitted.

The total tuition fee for MTech course ranges between INR 20,000 - INR 64,000 . It must be noted that the mentioned fee is as per the first odd semester fees available and hence is the mentioned amount can vary.
