No, you are definitely not eligible. You have to have Physics for 4 semester and Mathematics for 2nd semester in B.Sc. There is no restrictions on +2 subjects.

Pedagogy at IITs and conventional engineering colleges differs quite a lot. Conventional Engineering colleges teachers do not have flexibility to modify syllabus and use modern teaching technologies. They focus on covering syllabus and more on remembrance of facts and examinations are subjective. Whereas teaching at IITs is focused on developing sound theoretical base and its application using logical and creative thinking by students. IIT facility has lot of freedom in setting course curriculum and grading. IITs have best of facilities with sharper student population. 12th board percentage will not be included but a certain percentage will be set as cutoff( for CBSE it's75%) and those getting below will not be able to write the examination.

from next year JEE Mains will not accept board percentage and other changes will be clarified next year when bill will get passed in parliament
