Yes, you can give JEE Mains exam. You need to choose between the offline and online mode. Most of the students used to go for the offline mode but now the trend is changing. The reason for this is that the offline mode of JEE Mains is conducted just after the 12th board exam giving the students very little time revise but on the other hand the online mode is conducted after the offline JEE Mains exam is over, giving the students a few more days to go through all the important topics one last time. Your query is not clear. For getting admission at BITS, IIT process is not involved. However, even if you are a student of Birla Balika Vidyalaya, you need to appear for BITSAT for getting admission into the B.E Course of BITS Pilani. I don't know about the reservations, but for admission in a good NIT, you don't have to wait for the JEE Advanced score, you can get admission to the college by getting at least 250 marks in the JEE Mains exam.
