The lowest Joint Entrance Examination Advanced rank which gets an Indian Institutes of Technology seat varies every year depending on the number of seats available and the number of candidates who have applied. Yes some IIT offer M.Sc. Course in different discipline including Chemistry. Admission is based on score of IIT JAM.

Category 1 is 6000 to 7000
Category 2 or 3 or 4 is 28000 to 32000
As categories increase your fees also increases so be wary of the same and as your rank is not under this Category and so you are unable to get CSE in Vellore.

The process to get admission in an Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) after qualifying in the JEE Advanced is as follows:

Hi, there are currently no Cyber Security Major Courses but if you'd like to opt for courses I prefer you go for Certification courses from Trusted organisations and don't go for MANY certifications go for the skills as companies don't see certifications in cybersecurity, they see passion and skills.
