I think you are asking for IIT cutoff it's same for international students also. No NRI quota in IITs
Candidates need to acquire at least 250 or higher and a score of 85-95 percentile in JEE Main for getting into IITs through the exam. Candidates need to score 280-300+ in JEE Advanced to get CSE in IIT colleges.

No, you can not get the Indian Institute of Technology through the Gujarat Common Entrance Test exam. For the Indian Institute of Technology, you must have to crack the Joint Entrance Examination Mains then Joint Entrance Examination advanced then maybe you get depending on your rank in Joint Entrance Examination advanced. Gujarat Common Entrance Test is a state-level exam conducted by Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board (GSEB). For more information, you may visit the Shiksha Gujarat Common Entrance Test exam page. (https://www.shiksha.com/engineering/gujcet-exam). I hope this will help you.

For IIT admissions, candidates are required to qualify class 12 or equivalent with relevant subjects, qualify the JEE Mains, and subsequently qualify the JEE Advanced. Eligibility criteria for JEE Mains:
