Hi Mridul,
No college can be compared to IITs. I would say there is no such college in comparison to IIT in Jaipur.

But I would suggest you to decide your path as a person in two minds cannot focus towards the goal.

According to your rank IIT roper would be the best one for CSE go for it
It's known for its great placement record and faculty wise also it is the best college

You can get admission in IITs but the stream may vary. Do your best whichever field you get.

During the final admissions after spot round into IIITS last year 20 seats have been remained empty. From the last year's college cutoff's you may get a seat if seats are remained as in the last year.
